bike plz halp

Trying to get a motorcycle running again.

Bike has good spark + new spark plug.
Battery is new, charged, and holds decent voltage over attempts, and doesn't drain down.
Alternator and stator have been checked - they're fine.
... Starter seems to be fine.
Tried quick start spray stuff below the air filter.
Have been trying push start, and electrical sitting start. It has no kickstart. Have been trying with choke in, half out, full out, no throttle, full open throttle, on main gas tank, reserve / prime, all in various combinations.
Knocked the starter / carb bowls a few times to loosen anything sticking.
Checked fuel flow from fuel tank - no blockage.
Can only detect the quick start coming from exhaust, no gas at all.
Put some techron in with fairly recent gas.
Oil is recently changed.
Air filter is not dirty / no obvious obstruction.
When trying to start, it rolls over and tries to catch, but won't crank up past a sputter on the first time (then repeated attempts are just clicks + roll over).

Potential next steps -

Drain carb bowl (tried, but had to WD-40 up the release screw, and couldn't get it off before dark).
Remove carbs and clean out / soak.

gas. try putting a little bit of gasoline in the carb and see if it starts, it'll probably die shortly after, dont put a shit load, like a cap size amount.

Saw this after I took the carb off / halfway apart to clean the bowl.

Once I get it back in later today I'll see how it goes. If this isn't it, I assume it's air compression..

Why don't you take compression now it takes maybe 30 seconds. You should be able to tell by the sound of it turning over anyways. Shouldn't even really need a gauge.

Turned out to be partially obstructed fuel jet in the carb bowl. It's running again
