False. I ran the books for a large mall for several years. Close time is dictated by the owners of the mall and written into the leases. Not only do individual stores have no say, but they can be fined by the mall if they don't close on time. Anchor stores often negotiate an extra half hour or so past everyone else because they want to catch people as they walk out the door. Many stores also have special promotions where they open early or close late, but they still have to get permission first.

Ohhhh, yeah I've always called those shopping centers or shopping plazas, a mall is big with like kiosks and shit and Santa visits them. Who says they are going to the laundromat or the liquor store in the mall? Fucking Arizona, probably have gun stores and shooting ranges in your "malls" as well.

I frequent a gun store that is in a strip mall, the owner is a vietnam vet who is racist and funny as hell. He sold us quite a few pistol rounds even though we were underage at the time and also offered to let us shoot off a few Judge rounds in his back room which was just sandbags and old tires stacked against a cinderblock wall. Arizona is the best! Cannot legally purchase a handgun or ammo for one until 21 yet you can be "gifted" a pistol at any age as well as open carry anywhere except where posted.
