like cahn said the music is fucked, use warcraft music there is a lot of it and it's good

start with a warcraft logo, use more logos

your voice is fucked up from 00:00-00:45 you sound like you're trying too hard and you're reading from a script

there is way too much of a change in voice after 00:45 as it's clear you recorded it at a different time with possibly different audio equipment or settings

consolidate and relax the speaking more, pretend you're talking to WLPH on mumble not the whole world on YouTube

the script is actually good, I like it, we are fat and have no girlfriends (mini clearly is paying that escort money to be in pictures with him) and have all this time to watch this bullshit as we don't have jobs so please entertain us!

also the scenery is all wow, whar wc1 and wc2 and wc3? you only capture a little of the important shit and it's clearly alliance biased, capture more vital areas and again more logos and also use maps

K so if we're 100% serious about this its going to take alot of time and effort, we need to set up a program and decide exactly what we're going to focus on.

There is so much wow lore out there that we really need to make a decision on what we're going to focus on. Are we going to focus on a certain time period? Lore related to stuff people do in game? Stuff related to raids and dungeons that players do? Specific zones?

Also, for actual footage, machinima machinima machinima. It is so much better than frapsing stuff from your characters PoV, I know you're going to have alot of fun with it.

My thought is we should focus on current content, which for now I guess would be Dragon soul? But tbh I really would like to cover the "real" wow ancient lore. The trick is we really need to find what it is people WANT to know about and focus on that. The people who really want to know about titan lore probably have already read about it. What we want to do is focus on the majority of players who know little about wow lore. Maybe we could find special areas in game and talk about the lore related to that etc.

I think I'll make a post on mmo forums or lore forums and/or read to get an idea of the kind of questions people want answered. But yea before we go any further we really need to decide HOW we're going to approach this.

I already know what I want to focus on, the lore. I have the first half dozen episodes laid out, they are to broadly cover from the beginning till the current time to get people caught up that may or may not know the major events with the whys. I am also wanting to limit episodes to around 10 minutes except for one off specials.

Machinima is too much work, the episodes are to be about the lore, not on making crazy awesome high graphic fight videos ( they take WAY too long ). The basic functions of just pulling the 3d models out with their predefined movement is useless for what I plan on making and would be more entertaining to watch the boss fights for example going through karazhan we can talk about medivh first showing his footage from black morass, show his apprentice in shattarath, moroes, the catacombs, his dad, there is plenty to talk about while silently clearing the instance in the background. This is not to say I wont do it for certain episodes, but for the most part it is a ALOT of work to just get a few seconds worth of video.

To synopsis the above, I love watching videos of people playing while talking about what they are playing ( Angry Video Game Nerd is a perfect example ).

The ancient lore is most certainly a requirement to know more about why certain characters have done what they did to put us in our current predicament. No one is going to understand why algalon was calling the titans without some basic knowledge. One thing I've learned through teaching and training people is if you keep it entertaining, they will watch and absorb regardless if it is relevant to them or not.
