After the dust cleared, we decided that we would allow any cooldown that lasts 5 minutes or longer to be reset on raid encounters. The one exception is shaman Reincarnation, because we don't want to have to include it as a true battle rez, but think it would be too valuable if you could use it every single attempt. Most fights (we hope) aren't planned around the shaman dying.

Have to agree with lawler here. Most UIs are fucking bulky and annoying to get used to.
And God help you when a patch comes out.

Blizz UI is pretty good, with a few tweaks.

Yeah. I was really surprised when I found that one out. The part where GC talks about why there's no event was particualrly awesome. It basically boiled down to, "Well, we thought about doing this great big sea battle event that would have been really cool, but it sounded hard - so we did nothing instead."
