We have introduced a new in-game feature for reporting players using bad language, having a bad name or cheating. Customer support will be unable to investigate any reports not submitted using the steps below:

To report someone for being mean or verbally harassing you please:
1. Right-click the player's name in chat.
2. Select Report Player For: LANGUAGE

To report an offensive name or a player you suspect of cheating (such as botting or duping items) please:
1. Right-click the player's portrait
2. Select Report Player For NAME, or CHEATING as appropriate
etc.......

What? Your response had absolutely nothing to do with what I asked.

You are receiving this mail in response to the help petition you submitted regarding Brann Bronzebeard and his grammar. Oh you know them dwarfs always drinking and what not.
Thank you for reporting this bug to us. A few other players have also experienced similar issues with this his speech and we are working towards a resolution. We are always glad to receive feedback and bug reports from players about the game; however the GM team does not have the power to fix bugs that’s more of a job for our dev team.
If you experience this bug again or would like to give us more information so that we can expedite a fix for this issue (or any other bugs), please be sure to use the new in-game 'report bug' feature in your support menu (red '?').
The information, including character and location info, will then go directly to our developers to investigate and hopefully resolve as soon as possible.
