Make up your mind on whether to gem full ap or full agi. Also, why mining and skinning as your profs on a raiding toon? Why a chaotic skyflare diamond as your meta?38AP enchant on your bracers? 8stats on chest? 35AP on gloves? 50AP enchant on a level 219 weapon? i have no idea just how well you can do with your current gear as you don't have any wmo/wws links, but this might be a good indicator of how well (or how poorly) you perform in raids.

Even if i give you the benefit of the doubt and ignore the enchants, being 1 1/2 hours late on every raid is unacceptable if you want to be a raider, although you don't seem to mind and would still "join for the friends, extra runs, off raids, etc". That comment, along with a few others i've seen in your app, brings up my next point. How seriously do you take raiding? Would you pop flasks, food buffs and haste pots all the time, or would you run into green clouds/mines/lightning charges constantly and shrug it off, thinking it doesn't matter because the other 24 raiders can carry you? We may joke around a lot, but we still take hardmodes seriously and the only way to do them cleanly is if everyone pulls their weight instead of giggling to their deaths 5 seconds into the fight.

Not trying to scare you off, and maybe you can be a backup raider, but if you wish to raid with us, please fix your enchants and put at least an adequate amount of effort in our runs.
