trust me on that, I tried both elitist guilds and friendly guilds...even if you dont down all the content faster the friendly guild is much more enjoyable.

Learn to get criticized bro. Blizzard says bring the player, and I'm pretty sure Blizzard would also say that the Shadow Crash mechanic of the General fight is avoidable by a good player. If you can't handle the criticism of your play when you get hit by avoidable boss mechanics, then maybe you shouldn't do the PuG, or raiding in general, because people failing hard at boss mechanics wipe raids. You're great dps, but terrible at mechanics.

Also, sometimes, add ons are not only for your benefit, but the raid's. Having everyone with a boss mod that announces that they are being crashed gives the raid an idea of where the crash lands. Saying you don't want to install something that benefits the raid because you don't want to is rather selfish and not beneficial to a raid.

I always accept being criticized, but when I read the FIRST line of the FIRST post that is NOT criticized its simply insulting some peeps.

as for game mecanism..well im always the lucky 1 that deal with those in our 10 man.( the caster that always have the special job). Kite adds, deal with special abilties, tank boss(mimiron and such). so im pretty shake down with boss in general, shadow crash in no exeption as u know in hard mode u dont have the possibility to even being touch by it since u take 300% more shadow dmg for half the fight and its weird ..we downed him a few time alrdy.

You have the remember that this is a pug, the positioning is not perfect and shit happend...also my comp is aging and in 25 man it show sign of death, but I have to manage that on my own...

so being critized is 1 thing but being insulted is an other.

You should get addons or fix the problem, this is the second week in a row you've ate a TON of shadow crash. I don't care about bringing people that don't use addon's, if anything I'm fairly 'purist' myself when it comes to using addon's, but a boss mod is pretty much a necessity in raiding. If you cant bring addons and you still fail, why not get some help?

The whole point in showing the people that fail ( or 'suck balls' ) is because I'm tired of bringing people that don't pull their weight. Eating 5+ shadow crashes on just ONE attempt of general is deserving of some criticism regardless of the type. Luckily its not my run because if it was I would just remove you or not give you loot because its not fair to the people that are actually trying. Its no worse than eating void zones on KT or eating a lava wall on Sarth.


I would rather clear everything in one night then have people failing at simple boss mechanics ( General isn't the only fight but the most obvious ). Less mistakes = more dps = quicker clear

And then look how you posted. It would be one matter if he was bottom of meters and getting owned by shadow crashes or other boss mechanics. He is, however, doing well on meters, and other than Yogg and General, we one shot every boss. We two shot general. My only objective at the moment is consistant full clears, so I really don't give a fuck if he eats 12 shadow crashes as long as we get a boss down.

I would like Toxozus to come. He does well overall, and hopefully this week he will do better on some of the boss mechanics. I will not beg for him to come back, because I can easily find someone else to come if he does not want to. That's the benefit of a PuG.

I also don't want to do the PuG with attitudes raging. I will eliminate any and all "UR BAD" egos or anyone else who feels the need to rage/emo out in the raid in order to keep the PuG a clean, efficient machine, as it will help speed up the run and keep people focused. It is assumed, for the most part, that everyone has experience on this fights already, so having someone flip out on someone else for failing at a mechanic will not be tolerated or put up with. I will be the only one criticizing others during raid, and only because I won't be telling them "YOU'RE A FUCKING RETARD" the way you do Archlight. I will be reminding them of what to fix, if anything, and making sure the raid stays on track, because no one in the PuG came to get shit on for a mistake.
