Please explain, for all of us, the benefits of having spirit as a paladin.

Spirit only restores mana when you're not casting (it does not kick in until 5 seconds after your last spellcast) or if you have a skill or spell that allows it to break this rule (Pallies don't).

So basically the only way Spirit could benefit a Pally is if you often go more than 5 seconds without casting a spell while in combat. And if that's the case, you're just bad.

Things like this should not need to be explained. Didn't you wonder why no plate gear has spirit?

The five second rule applies to any class that uses mana. I'm not really sure how you could have seriously played that many other classes without knowing that. If nothing else, skills like Mage Armor should have clued you in. You think they gave Druids a spell where half of it was only useful when cast on Priests?

Good class mechanic, keep it up. Glad to see a guild that priests so often still stuck on 5SR. Paladins are more casual, and yet regen this far.

How often have I played my mage? Answer every couple months, how many raids has she been to? Maybe 7 KZ runs all the time with spriest and never oomed or had to pop pots, what level are my other mana casters? max is level 37 would 5SR apply to lowbies? Sure but its sorta dumb to test in non-raid environment on a lowbie toon.

I appreciate the reply most of my alts are melee non mana toons. I do not get to game as much as you do Fire perhaps if I did my knowledge would be better, out of all mana casters how many actually use 5SR aside from healing priests? Answer none...
