Ya they're just place holders. Mage 2 piece is already more than 4 piece. Although some may be correct because they made a thread for feedback on them.

Coliseum 25 Normal Caster Trinket -- You gain an Mote of Flame each time you cause a damaging spell critical strike. When you reach 3 Motes, they will release, firing a Pillar of Flame for 694 to 806 damage. Mote of Flame cannot be gained more often than once every 2.5 sec.

people that only run heroics will still run heroics, even if they are in t8. the badge change only helps alts/rerolls skip the 2 tiers needed to be raid ready. no reason to cry about the changes. no amount of gear in the world can fix bad, just look at bloodvoid.
