Judgements are bugged so I don't get back 15% mana about 40% of the time. So I oom unless I take quite a bit of aoe damage and get heals.

So JoW will be up from me only half the time until its fixed. And because blizz doesn't know what causes it or how to fix it that means at least 3 months.
Also, blizz is nerfing JoW to base mana % instead of max % next patch.
TL;DR: YOU ALL GET TO USE MANA POTS MORE

Quote: Judgement fails/does nothing
This is widely reported by paladins everywhere, and is a large cause of our mana problems in 25 man raids. Basically what happens is you will judge, and it will do no damage and refund no JotW mana, yet it will use the cooldown and the mana. Unclear why it happens, and our only official response so far is "we'll look into it".
Workaround: Many paladins are reporting that juggling JoW and JoL drastically cuts the frequency of this bug, and my own anecdotal evidence also supports this; you can do it manually or use a castsequence macro.
