This new PTR build had its share of Tier 9 updates, the models for the Leather_ArgentHorde are available and we now have the prices for each piece. The biggest change here is the introduction of a common token for all armor parts, you can buy the Head/Hands/Chest/Legs/Shoulders of your set with a single item. (Example: Regalia of the Grand Conqueror)

Q. Will we be able to switch between the races on our own faction?
A. No. Players will only be able to switch to a race of the opposite faction.

A new feature has been introduced in this build, you can now extend your raid lockout to make them last one more week. This is probably very useful if your guild is trying to get a specific boss down and doesn't really need any other loot in the instance, you can just get one more weeks of tries without having to clean everything in the way.

New raid normal and heroic modes for the Crusaders' Coliseum can be toggled using the Dungeon Difficulty setting. This applies to 10 and 25 player versions. 10 player (normal), 25 player (normal), 10 player (heroic) and 25 player (heroic) all share separate raid lockout timers. 4 different dungeons, all same bosses

Only the Plate version for the alliance is available for the moment. I know for sure that they're sets for different classes because the textures are clearly named after each class. all same armor classes seem to have the same model but different skins

that ones not so bad, but if the new tier goes live and the bosses arent harder than current hardmodes, ulduar will feel like wasted time.

their sets tho, comparable to lvl 60 pvp sets. but this isnt pvp....

They did that with season 4, they were all the same but different colors
