If players complaining care so much then let their actions speak louder than words, approach the players perceived as 'weak' and help them improve their performance instead of just saying "SO AND SO IS BAD REPLACE," and recruit so we're never short players, make sure the recruits are rotated and stay online during raids and in guild.
