If you do transfer to a high pop, you'll end up being a mid-level guild. You'll continue to have trouble to recruit quality people due to your trade chat antics and your unprofessional (childish would be too harsh) website. You'll get your fair share of bads, loot whores, and guild hoppers though you'll probably find a couple of good people to fix your attendance problems (bench incentives are another matter). You'll probably end up being a feeder guild to a top-level one.
You're better off staying on scilla.

thats no different than how it is right now sanderz, except we cant get replacements for the people casual/epoon poaches

On a high pop server, turnover rate will be higher. Players know they have options if they want to leave WLPH. On scilla, they're kinda stuck. But do you want players who are only raiding with you because they have nowhere else to go?
