i did 10 pulls on my bear tanking lk yesterday, and not once did i die because lich king hit too hard (he didn't hit hard except during soul reaper). wipes were like 25% shambling tank gib (add stayed in frenzy too long/ran out of cd), 25% infest wipes (priest was occupied or tanks ticked down from infest), and 50% stupid retarded shit (running into shadow trap, standing in front of/aggroing raging, standing in remorseless winter). with 30%, it seems the only demanding roles are the shambling tank and the disc priest (but i didn't actually see inside frostmourne room since my furthest wipe was just at the end of the second transition).

the point is that, with a disc priest and a reasonable comp, the fight shouldn't be that hard. i think, if we're going to have off nights where we fuck around like yesterday, we should instead just split into 2 10s and do some lk pulls on 10 instead for the experience (especially those of us that haven't been to p3). it only takes 2 hours to clear up to lk (probably faster if you do it all normal instead of all heroic), and you'd still have an hour or 2 of pulls on lk himself.
