My drood has an off spec tank set as well as i have a main spec Holy Paladin (Yourichii) (2300+SP,26k mana) which has a ret set also.

I raided with Amarastine (warlock in ur guild) on my Paladin and Druid a bunch of times and would agree that i have op healz.

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
Illidan was a pain because it was hard for the whole raid to play their roll.

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
I was on Vek'nilash for a while because i had rl friends on the server. They werent serious enough so i xfered here to Scill where i joined Nemesis but they just arent progressing the way id like. Talk to Amarastine or Bastilla for references.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
I can make all times

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
Ive been healing for a long time and very experienced. I come flasked rdy to go and make it a point to know my roll before the raid starts and get the fights down if i dont know them. I can either raid or tank heal even tho i prefer raid healz and never go oom.

Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are: Not to be cocky, but I am one of the best tanks you will ever see, not too mention an even more bad ass cat dps. My job is to have full raid awareness of everything that is going on and to be able to pick up a boss/mob/etc at any given time. Not to mention I know all the fights and have the ability to raid lead at any given time.

Nothing at the moment, I just transfered here. But I've got some people that'll vouch for me if needed.

Inability to loot tainted core boss. Speaks for itself. But as far as 10/25 ToGC comes, I think I'd have to say from a healer's PoV, it's got to be Jaxx. Only because 99% of the time you can't depend on the other healers to do their shit while you're doing yours. I mean, the fight isn't difficult, but the deduff does some damage when you have massive must-be-over-75%-health-at-all-times-OCD.

Previous guild was Anarchy on the server Azgalor (Horde). The guild was basically falling apart with poor leadership, etc. Thats really all there was too it.

I don't exactly consider myself 'over the top', but I've been healing for quite some time now and I know how to play my class. Kindof bordering the elitist line in a way, but minus all the douchebaggery. As far as meters come, I top them unconsciously. Half of the time recount isn't even enabled and I'm just playing to have fun. I mean I focus on core concepts and taking the time to study strats and videos, to me a guild is about working together and having fun, not seeing who has the biggest epeen.

Not a clicker. I use recount, DBM, and Grid. I'm a baddie, I know.

I just faction switched and server xfered this morning and met someone who told me you guys are a great guild with a lot of potential that also like to have fun. So... I figured why not?

WLPH Now hosts a Regular 25m TotC/Ony aimed to clear Tournament and Onyxia in 2 hours or less, ideally finishing in 1 hour. This is aimed to take WLPHers who didn't make the main raid's normal clear as well as PuGs who are only interested in TotC and Ony 25m. No suck - we can't wipe to your stupidity all day.

More to be added based on dumb mechanics that no one should fail to.

For the most part it will be first come, first serve, best skilled get the slots. However i will take close friends over pugs i do not know if the pug is late to signing up so sign up as soon as possible. I will be gear checking now, since some people are still not pulling their weight on dps meters and cost us kills.

If you are rolling on gear that is not the spec you are raiding as please let me know. Also for tanks i have given up the right to take any gear for a chance to roll against tanks for the stam trinket off of faction champs. Does not mean i win automatically but if i do win the roll i will take it over tanks.

Also as a final note...there was some problem with who received loot as of last week so from now on the top notch gear such as DV will only be available to those who continually come to pugs. If this is your first time coming to my pug you will not be able to roll on the "Fucking Amazing" gear. If you are curious to which items these are hit me up in game. Come to my pugs a lot and you will be able to roll on such items.
