This actually expalins a lot of shit. Why Warlocks die. Why the healers go ape shit trying to heal the pet. Why all the DPS will suddenly switch to one target for an insta gib. Etc.

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
Heroic Faction Champions. Lots of damage hitting raid, lots of action going on. The 3 some of warrior/dk/Shaman going around raping people.

I had left Evolution after they disband. They were a top 100 U.S. Guilds. I am leaving Paradox since I am tired of being on Skullcrusher.

I play PTR to know all bosses, I read elitest jerks to maximize DPS. I listen to comments to increase performance. I do whatever is needed to become the best.

For the most part it will be first come, first serve, best skilled get the slots. However i will take close friends over pugs i do not know if the pug is late to signing up so sign up as soon as possible. I will be gear checking now, since some people are still not pulling their weight on dps meters and cost us kills.

If you are rolling on gear that is not the spec you are raiding as please let me know. Also for tanks i have given up the right to take any gear for a chance to roll against tanks for the stam trinket off of faction champs. Does not mean i win automatically but if i do win the roll i will take it over tanks.

Also as a final note...there was some problem with who received loot as of last week so from now on the top notch gear such as DV will only be available to those who continually come to pugs. If this is your first time coming to my pug you will not be able to roll on the "Fucking Amazing" gear. If you are curious to which items these are hit me up in game. Come to my pugs a lot and you will be able to roll on such items.

Reasons for leaving Devour; nice people, fun to raid with, but inconsistent raid performance and wiping all night because of other peoples mistakes is frustrating. So I am looking for a guild to teach and show me more than a large repair bill consistently. Reference:Refrain, he is an IRL friend.

Thursday,All day. The other Days I currently work all night or have school in the morning. I am always on time or early for Raid/Raid Invites and prepared for the days I can raid. If I am unable to make the raid I Will Form Post 24hrs Notice, Text/call/Message In game Via Guild Officer that day.

And also try and keep good attitude at all times. I do my best to top meters while keep tank alive or someone else if necessary. What separates me from the rest is I keep Flasks for All specs if I change or someone else needs, I am An engineer so Keep jevees/mailbox and Bullets/arrows for Hunters in bank at all times.
