Main Goal: 1 keeper yogg saron - Algalon attempts.
All hardmodes will be attempted, including Mimiron.
1. I am 14, Male and my current /played time is 65 days, 45 played at level80.
2. I don't have any alt geared enough for Ulduar and atm my off spec is Frost for PvP.

I need to get t8 shoulders and I will be able to equip my t8 gloves, my Bracers of Unleashes magic and my other neck for more stats. It's just not worth equipping the gear I have saved unless I have the 4set t8 bonus).
5. Yes I know every fight and every hard mode. In my opinion the hardest boss I've ever faced was Sartharion on 25 man with 3 drakes up. Why? Because it took a while for the idiots we had to learn to avoid Firewalls, void zones and how to be serious enough to kill it.
6. Previous guild: Geared for War. Server: Eitrigg. Reason for leaving: Too many attendance issues and too many dumbasses on the server. I want to get into a good guild with good attendance, good attitude that actually know what to do, and have fun at the same time. I am server transfering without them knowing, I didn't feel like telling my guild mates and dealing with the replies.
7. Yep, perfect time for me. I live in FL so it's actually the best time I can raid.
8. Hmm what puts me at the top? I don't only try to be the best mage I can be, I put my knowledge and skill into my work on bosses and in all content. I check maxdps.com and EJ almost daily for gear updates on what is BiS, just as a reference. I do take pride in topping the meters, if makes me feel as though I did my job fully and to the best of my ability. I never pull aggro, even though Fire does have a threat problem, I can always solve it. I am an excellent addition to the team as a person and a raider.
10. What made me choose this guild over others is because you guys don't just clear bosses, you clear them effectively while having fun. It made me smile when I saw this guild.. it's not like you guys don't have a sense of humor like many other top end guilds. You guys know how to really party.
Note: I was considered the best mage on the server, no other mage could out DPS me.

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?: The most difficult was probably Razoregore from BWL when it first came out. Only reason being was that I had to kite as a hunter and the other hunters in raid were mostly incompetent. I learned to kite every dragon myself as the other hunters would surely die or feign.
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact: In/from Harpell for as long as I can remember (4+ years?). Antaries has been a good friend of mine from Harpell for many years. Why I am leaving Harpell? 5 guys ninja'd the bank and all left which left the guild weak being that the server we are on is trash. We were the 2nd place alliance guild.

If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying): I have church sundays and wednesdays so I may be late. I am married so I can't promise that I can make every day every week. Antaries was told he was free to bring a few people. I believe 9 of us core members.

Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are: I have to be the best in my class when it comes to dps/tanking. I am a little new to healing, though if you ask a do a better job than most. If someone is above me on the meters and its not all do to gear, I will learn what they are doing and do it better. I read forums actively and know a lot about my class as a whole. I do 4-5k dps consistently in my current gear in Ulduar on and normal(not buffed or the boss eats me or silences, ect) boss/trash.
It is a pretty lame UI. I used to go hardcore in depth until my mod was not updated anymore. I don't need fancy UI's. Most my keys are bound while certain keys that are rarely used are not tho I know exactly where they are. So I suppose I am half clicker?

I ended up doing ~20% of the overall damage. - I have completed 6/9 hard modes in 10 man Ulduar, while having attempted the 7th (Firefighter) several times.

Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact: Harpell on Azshara...we still haven't downed 25 man Yogg, had a recent guild bank theft by a new officer + friends (20k gold + 26 Runed Orbs, etc.), and 4 core raiders transferred which will now lead to attendance problems since there is barely anyone decent left to recruit on the server. I'd rather not include a reference as they don't know I might be transferring soon.

Well I have a level 35 warrior on Mok'nathal (my original server) and a level 80 priest over on Mug'thol, dual spec holy/disc
he doesn't have disc gear but his holy gear is decent, progressed him up to 25man Freya before I came back to the mage. I guess you could consider his 4/5 hateful and 1 deadly piece off spec o.O. I usually have either pvp frost or Vezax hard as his 2nd spec.

I don't have excellent reports, only a couple seeing as I was not in my latest guild do to conflict of interests (I was asked to leave after I had to deal with a family emergency and they said that me not showing up was the reason, but I had posted on the forums I would not make it.)

First time I ever did Leotheras in terms of BC, but WOTLK content I would have to say learning Thorim hard mode sucked the most, as soon as we fixed one issue in the tunnel the arena would have one, and the trend kept going until they took me out of the arena and swapped me with the rouge in the tunnel. -.-

Mok'Nathal - Sanctification: Broke during SSC/TK into Ascendnacy, Sanctification is now gone.
Mok'Nathal - Ascendancy: Stopped progressing when Ulduar hit and has been stuck at Hodir or something for over a month. You can contact Regrettable.
Bonechewer - Stoic: Booted for missing 1 night because of family emergency. (none)
Bonechewer- BiPolar: Place holder till I find a way off the server, I just got in 2 days ago so I wouldn't know anyone you could ask.

I do enjoy topping meters but if it's for the better of myself or the raid I would rather help the raid. I take pride in knowing my class and some others on the side, I prepare for raids I don't know with strats, videos, and I have many friends that have done some of them. I always come prepared and ready to do my best to make it a good night, even on the ones that suck.

Well I was trying to find a server with more than just 2-3 guilds doing what I was doing last. FL, XT, Council, Hodir and Thorim hard mode. Granted you guys are doing much more, but to be honest I looked through the forums a lot of the things here made me fall out of my chair and I love the site. I nearly looked into Brethren or Mens Wearhouse but you guys sound like a fun bunch so I figured I would give it a shot.
