This is for the Ulduar PuG sign-ups. You will be WoWArmory checked. Make sure you post your main if you want to come on an alt to show an achievement. People with clear experience will be given priority invites, as long as they are geared.

UNDERGEARED BADDIES NEED NOT APPLY.

Loot: Runed Orbs, Patterns, and non main spec BoEs are currently WLPH reserved. If one of the other top raiding guilds brings 6-7 alts or benchwarmers, we have no problems splitting Orbs and Patterns between us and them. No other items will be reserved, and all items are up for grabs. Loot will be handled by the Tally System, with a 1 Tier Item per person limit. Tallies from Friday will not roll over to Saturday.

Tally System -
Main Spec Items - 1 Tally
Off Spec Items - 1/2 Tally (Free until Kologarn)
Hard Mode Items - 2 Tallies
Person with the least amount of tallies wins. Tiebreaker will be the roll value. This ensures loot is fairly spread out to people, as long as people are rolling on loot.
If you want to roll main spec on another spec other than the one you are raiding as, you can, BUT YOU MUST CLEARLY STATE THIS BEFORE FLAME LEVIATHAN IS DOWN.

NOTE - If you want to sign up, and your list is full, and you don't want to be a waitlist? A good way is to show off how much more of a badass you are compared to someone else, like Hard Mode achievements, weapons, gear, etc. I will take more experienced and geared people first. Always. I'm now aiming to achieve Hard Modes in a PuG because we are a bunch of badasses.

ADDITION - Because I'm having a lot more sign ups than I expected, I'm putting a lot of people on waitlist and will filter through their gear and logs later instead of just adding you. A few are already added, because you were damn impressive from what I remember. Expect the list to be updated probably around Wednesday.

Since this weekend is 4th of July, I predict many people may not be able to make it Saturday. When you sign up, please put whether or not you would like to do a full clear in one night, do a second raid time during Saturday afternoon, or keep it the same. Depending on what people say when they sign up, we will decide by Thursday afternoon on what we will be planning on. We will skip 4T and some of the other optional bosses if we plan on full clearing in one night.

Update: Looks like it's going to be a one night pony. Full clear, starting at 8 PM server for now. We will skip Razorscale, Ignis, and Iron Council, and do 2T FL instead of 4T for the sake of time. If we have enough time we can go back and pick up those three bosses, or pick them up on Saturday sometime, depending on what is best. Please edit your post if you think you can make it at 4 PM server on Friday as well. If we have enough who can show, then we can start earlier and get 4T and these other bosses down as well.

10. I just recently transferred and I'm looking for a guild who gets their shit done and has fun at the same time, and WLPH seems to do that. Nice MS Paint.
11. I've been playing since almost the beginning. lol. I've leveled every class to top, whether 60, 70, or 80.

Yet again Priests win at gear design. Every other class has total garbage, it looks like Vanilla WoW quest rewards. I like the Season 7 stuff better than my tier 8, but I'm worried the blue flames will mesh poorly with shadow form unless it is actually blue and doesn't inherit the purple hue.

I've been thinking of changing the date due to not many sign ups. I'm thinking it would be better to do it saturday afternoon 3 pm server or maybe just friday still at 3 pm server tell me what you think would be better when you sign up.

The most difficult encounter for me is Mimmiron... because you actually fight every part of hes creation .On phase 2 and 4 Rocket Strike is one of the most dangerous abilities that in addition makes him the most challenging fight for me.

-Gilneas Realm "Sparda" Rank 180 in US ,References: Hawthe,Sirlos.I left this guild because it devided in 2 parts and completely ruined the relations between guildies.
-Anetheron Realm "Nothing Personal" ,References: Raycon,Legolasone,Tokki. This is my current guild, i want to leave it because raid attendance went down , and the guild cant progress for Hard Modes in Ulduar.

-8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday is a perfect timing for me ,and i tend to make 100% attendance ,the only reason i can ask an officer for a day off is when im going to my competitions.Which is 4 times a year.

- My priority is Raid Progression ,that makes me a reliable member that can compeete in a raiding environment activity,and requires to be motivated and goal oriented . Never to be doubted by my guild members requires me to achieve more than just the average MMO player.I always tend to be on top of DPS meters and performance ,and to be able to make a difference.
And also i can say that We Russians are very well disciplined and have a punctual attendance.

WLPH seems to enjoy raiding on a high rate ,for me its the sign of reliability ,teamwork and discipline in what i am interested.I also know that in such a team will always be players that can share their knowledge concerning raids and specs and class with me.
And it was always been a pleasure to be among experienced players that can find a right way in any situation.

In al my previous guilds i was on a "Raider" rank ,so all my job was to be the best within raiding ,so i never was an officer or a GM.
