A guy calls his buddy, the horse rancher, and says he's sending a friend over to look at a horse.

His buddy asks, 'How will I recognize him?'

'That's easy; he's a dwarf with a speech impediment.'

So, the dwarf shows up, and the guy asks him if he's looking for a male or female horse

'A female horth.'

So he shows him a prized filly.

'Nith lookin horth. Can I thee her eyeth?'

So the guy picks up the dwarf and he gives the horse's eyes the once over.

'Nith eyeth, can I thee her earzth?'

So he picks the little fella up again, and shows him the horse's ears.

'Nith earzth, can I thee her mouf?'

The rancher is getting pretty ticked off by this point, but he picks him up again and shows him the horse's mouth.

'Nice mouf, can I see her twat?'

Totally mad at this point, the rancher grabs him under his arms and rams the dwarf's head up the horse's fanny, pulls him out and slams him on the ground.

The midget gets up, sputtering and coughing.

Not that I'm aware of. In 10man Ulduar on Hardmode Hodir, she was over 8K DPS.

5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
Ultimately, nothing was as hard as it could be, but the hardest was definitely 3 Drake OS 25 for obvious reasons. At the start of it, and during, it was kind of hard to learn. However, now, it is super easy, almost second nature, since we did it so much. In TBC, I wasn't in hardcore guilds, so I didn't have the opportunity to experience the encounters the way they were meant before patches and fixes. I did clear all of TBC, SWP being after 3.0. I started really hardcore raiding in WOTLK, and have thoroughly enjoyed it.

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
Another blue rated guild, Team Lightning on Ner'zhul. I was with them on my Rogue for Ulduar, clearing or grinding enough of the hardmodes to know them well. Eventaully, due to some very disrespectful acts committed to me in TL, I eventually became very unhappy, and stopped liking the people very much. My performance goes down when I don't like my guild. Along with thier progression came arrogance, which I hated. I eventually got to a point where i was super bored and burned out with my Rogue and TL. I took a week break, and when I came back I came to the decision of switching to my Warlock as my new main, for a new feel, and leaving TL to find something that made me happy. No top guilds on Ner'zhul need a warlock, hence the transfer. Before TL I was in Disciples of Death, which I left for TL. Before DOD, I was in Shockwave, which was another blue rated guild. They brought me over from my old server. They really misrepresented themselves, because after transferring I was unaware of the guild's feelings about losting interest in the game. Those feelings led to the guild breaking up three weeks after I got there. I was very upset about it, and just PUGed around for a while, leading my own successful Naxx run, until I apped to DOD.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
Def no problems there! Very dedicated with 98%, if not 100%, attendence.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
I'm a very competative person, and pride myself on doing the best that I can. I have the dedication, skills, and available time to exceed your expectations. I always take pride in those factors mentioned.

You're progression is EXACTLY what I want, and everyone in the guild I have spoken to was very friendly and helpful. The friendly part is a great bonus since I am trying to find the unicorn, which to me is a hardcore guild that is NOT arrogant, immature, rude, or hateful. It really is hard to find. Believe me, I've been in enough asshole guilds to know. It is nice to see officers helping me in the middle of Ulduar. That is a kind thing to do. I have spoken to other guild's officers in raids before and got my head bitten off, even though it's their job to help, and I don't have time to stand around all the time on a random server, waiting for them to be ready. I enjoyed you're officers patience.

11. Add anything else you think we’d find interest, such as you’re a GM, you recorded WWS for your old guild, you were an officer or did assignments in a past guild, tracked DKP and distributed loot, or anything else noteworthy.
Firstly, any info I provided about my Rogue is only to help you guys get a clearer picture of my skill and experience. I believe, since I changed mains in the middle of Ulduar progression, it would be a clearer picture if you guys take both my toons into account together for judging this app.
In addition, my current spec with my Lock is Affliction, but I am very aware Destruction is the new best spec, and I am VERY willing to be flexible to change specs. I made the decision to put a hold on my final spec choice until I found a defiinite guild, and getting their request to what spec they want me. No reason changing it now, if they would want me Affliction. Like I said, I am flexible with respecing.
With Addons, I have been raiding with BigWigs, Omen, Recount, Vent, and a mic for over 4 years.
EJ is my class Bible. I use it anytime I need to learn something new if thing change.
As far as gear, she is only slightly behind my Rogue in gear, but at this point, with a lot of your current raiders having a lot of it already, will come easily enough. I'm not to worried about that.
Finally, I am very confident in my abilities to exceed you expectations, and even want to do so, and will take pride in those things.

I left my previous guild Worgenz in teh Woodz due to their raid performance being absolute horrendous. They are all but dead and have removed me from seeing the WWS meters from when I last raided.

In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?: I honestly think Mimiron is the hardest encounter, or so my guild made it out to be. The fight is just so hectic, but by far my favorite boss encounter.

Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact: I am currently located on Alleria PvE and am guildless, I was in worgenz in teh woodz from about the end of september to just a month ago. The raiding died down so I left, but I havent raided seriously since then.

I read up on my class daily and changes to the game in future patches on MMO Champions. I test my DPS constantly, in hopes of bettering my DPS rotation. All around I take pride in seeing myself up on the meters.

What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?: Well, for starters guilds on my server are full on melee. None of them have openings, so I decided to ask a friend of mine for a list of guilds I should app too. This is the first one he told me to try, so here is my application. I currently have zero apps out due to it tends to conflict when you get multiple acceptions (not saying I am totally going to be accepted) so I just prefer one at a time. From what I have seen you all are a guild who has their shit together obviously, unlike many guilds on Alleria.

I have 2 other friends that are apping with myself, 1 is a mage, and 1 is a resto balance druid that have similar raiding experience as myself and can perform to your expectations. They are both very skilled players but are lacking gear because they were in my 70 twink guild but decided to level up prior to the release of 3.1

1. Your age, gender, and time played: I am 20 Years Old, Turning 21 in August, Male, and have been playing my mage since beta.

List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY: I have an 80 rogue on Korgath named Eckk, I am also guild master of a level 70 twink guild on korgath and have a few 70 twinks that I play quite often. I have a stamina set and can play survival frost for fights such as Freya+3 and Vezax H.Mode where I can get about 30k HP raid buffed and can stay alive through pretty much anything.

I do not have a recent WWS of my performance, but I can promise at least 6k on non-gimmick fights and above 10k on fights such as Vezax and Hodir Hard Mode.

I would have to say that pre-nerf M'uru was the fight that gave me the most satisfaction in downing, simply because it was such a complicated encounter to play as a healer [I did it while playing a resto shaman in BC] that when we finally killed it, it was one of the few fights that I have genuinely felt good about having under my belt.

Myself and Lightemup both have exceptional abilities when it comes to situational awareness and pulling exceptional DPS. Truckz is a very gifted healer and even though his gear is lacking, I have seen him top meters against fully geared Ulduar healers and because he is very big into PvP, he also has very good situational awareness.

We have been thoroughly researching what guilds are looking for two mages and a restokin druid, and after seeing that you guys were looking for just that on WoWProgress, we decided WLPH was the guild that we all agreed on that would suit us best, after looking at your front page, and seeing that you guys are a serious guild, but obviously love to have a good time, that only made our decision even more concrete.
