I have a few MP5 gems because I was having a few mana difficulties on Kolo and the MP5 gave me more regen than 9 SP and 9 Spirit, which would only give me 3 MP5 in casting, so I stacked for that extra 4 MP5 with the gems that you see, knowingly sacrificing the 11 SP.

I haven't been with a guild that has progressed to a fight that has challenged me as a healer. Though, many fights are difficult when people are being stupid and getting hit by things they aren't supposed to. As of right now though Mimiron was probably the least easy fight I've encountered.

Topping meters is always a blast, but what I love about the game, is doing whatever job I'm assigned consistently and well, but keeping a close eye on everything and saving other people when they royally fuck up. I love it when I'm raid healing, see the tank dropping, take a gcd and pop guardian spirit on him and have it save the raid without anyone really noticing except the tank and the healer that fucked up.

I consider myself light on addons. I use DBM, recount and power auras 2 for surge of light procs. I actually started playing the game on a laptop with a touchpad, so if anything, I use the keyboard too much.

I've actually been sent by MW as a spy to take you guys down from the inside. Also, I really like the fact that you guys have organized pugs. It's a good idea IMO and was a major attraction for me to the guild.

I'd like to point out that I've managed to keep all my arena ratings either slightly under or well under 1100.

We can clear it pretty quick after ulduar pug stops, it was pretty successful last night and the week before so i thought id just make a sign up for it so our raiders will know about it. If you are a dps class don't bother signing up if you cant pull at the least 2800 dps.

Loot will be handled by the Tally System as it always has been, with a 1 Tier Item per person limit. A item or two might be on reserve it for main raiders but it won't be all kt loot or any ridiculous amount of items. Signet of Manifested Pain and Voice of Reason are the only two on reserve for this coming friday.

totems, sigils, relics etc are free. If you fuck up on a boss: cross charges on thaddius, die to void zones etc it will cost give you a tally. Person with the least amount of tallies wins. Tiebreaker will be the roll value. This ensures loot is fairly spread out to people, as long as people are rolling on loot.
If you want to roll main spec on another spec other than the one you are raiding as, you can, but it must be stated before we kill the first boss.

This is for the Ulduar PuG sign-ups. You will be WoWArmory checked. Make sure you post your main if you want to come on an alt to show an achievement. People with clear experience will be given priority invites, as long as they are geared.

Loot: Runed Orbs + Patterns are currently WLPH reserved. If one of the other top raiding guilds brings 6-7 alts or benchwarmers, we have no problems splitting Orbs and Patterns between us and them. No other items will be reserved, and all items are up for grabs. Loot will be handled by the Tally System, with a 1 Tier Item per person limit. Tallies from Friday will not roll over to Saturday.

Yogg cause I have never downed him, but once I do I know he will be simple just like all the other bosses who were once hard to defeat.

3 Redemption, left guild due to no shows and talk of a disbanding. GM MIIA

I'm here to be the best at what I do, whole reason I rolled lock, so ya I love to top meters if u dont and your a dps you are a liar. I can take trash talkin and any tips or suggestions give to me to improve. I read up weekly on my class, and bosses who will be in my path.

Well in redemption I was far better then my class officer, raiders often asked me why I was'nt the class leader.

1. Your age, gender, and time played: 21 years of age, fertile Male, 80days total with 55 at lvl 80. 95 days assorted through other toons........Is that alot???

List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY: I have both an enhance and elemental off-set that is "ok" in gear lvl, but i honestly haven't really played or experienced them enough to play with above average results. I have a strong pvp resto set though. I also have a lvl 79 hunter that used to be my main, i don't really play him much of anything though anymore. Also, i'm willing to play either the single target shaman healer, or the more widely preferred CH spec. I really got into the whole single target thing and stacked crit through the end of T7.5, throwing my CH gear back together though and so far i feel it's treated me well in current raids. It's all the same spec set-up so i carry around the needed glphys/gear for me to switch accordingly via a fight-by-fight or need basis.

In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?: I didn't really get the chance or have a guild to raid with until wrath came out so i don't have much overall experience.Yogg is one of them, but probably just because i haven't downed it yet, although we haven't made enough attempts to actually have a good feel for the true reality of it yet. Sarth 3d seems to be difficult enough until everyone can not get killed by the stupid stuff(eg. void zones/firewalls). We tried XT-hard mode in our 10man 1 night and from the craziness of all that i saw going on, i think that it will be one of the most difficult fights of Ulduar(extremely healing intensive, but i'm always up for a good challenge).

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact: Previously on Laughing Skull server pre-BC. X-ferred to Scilla with some friends just after BC. Eventually raided with Exe on my hunter through karazhan, mag, and grull towards the very end of BC. Left exe because I wanted to play a healer and have a better shot at a progressing/good end-game guild. Got my shaman lvl’d to 70 finally and got hitched onto redemption with wrath, clearing and progressing all the 3.0 content with them. And now, sadly, Redemption is done as an end-game raiding guild for the time being, due to a lack of good/dedicated raiders for raid times. I still want to progress and get geared up clearing all end-game content so I am looking for a new guild to be apart of.

If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying): These raid times have worked for me so far in Redemption, I don’t see why there should be a big problem just because I’d be changing guilds. I do have a 6mth old daughter though and she is my #1 priority. Although, her mother is not currently letting me be apart of their lives right now, even if she changes her mind, or once my suit of Child support I’ve filled against myself goes through, I should still be able to make the times, maybe missing 1 night a week at most depending on how things work out in that situation.

Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are: I do feel proud of myself when I see myself at the very top of the healing meters, but for healing, the meter’s don’t really tell all outside of whether you’re over-healing too much or something. I don’t always like to play “how low, can the tank go”, but I do get a rush of a good/fun feeling deep down when I save someone from 5-10% or less with Nature’s Swiftness. I know that from the beginning when I started healing with Redemption I still had work to do and room for improvement, but I feel that over the past 6mths or so I’ve really stepped up my game to a new level especially as some of our previous healers either quit the game or decided to move onto other things. Recently I’ve had a few people come out to tell me that I’ve done a good job healing that night or that I’ve become a really good healer. I’m not sure that I really believe them in a sense though, of I don’t think that I’m really the best out there yet, and that’s what I’d really like to strive to be. In the end as a healer though, there’s really only a few things that it really comes down too. 1) Keeping the low health people alive and healed so that we don’t lose out on needed dps. And 2) keeping myself alive my not dying to stupid things and taking un-necessary raid damage(eg. Void zones/firewalls, missile attacks and the geometry of the mimrion P2&4 laser barrage, shadow crash/life leech, etc……..) I realize that sometimes these mistakes are gonna happen, but more often than not I’m gonna be paying attention to what’s going on around me so that I don’t die. I don’t expect to be topping the healing meter’s if I’m accepted into wlph, but that doesn’t mean I’m not gonna try. My main and most minimal goal though is to hold up my end of the bargain and to not fail to a point where I’m putting an extra strain on everyone else. I’m here to progress just like everybody else and I’m gonna do all I can to help whatever guild or team I’m apart of to be the best they can.

I don't usually use Omen as a healer but if it's something that you'd still like me to have turned on, i can do so. I also currently use X-pearl cause I like the portraits and the focus frame.

What made you choose us over the other guilds out there? This is really the first guild I’ve applied to outside of Redemption for the purpose of raiding. Wlph has a good track record of content clearing and even have some server firsts. Outside of being one of the tops guilds, I know aesic a little bit and mikaelo too but not as much, and I would like to raid with them some more.

Nothing too spectacular or noteworthy in the interest of WoW outside of having an ok pvp rating of 1850 last season with hopes of hitting 2k+ with ease once I get into the swing of things. Other than that, I’m a new dad, and I’ve moved to Denver. Enjoying Colorado quite a bit, but I’d much rather be up in one of the mountain towns more than the “big city”.
