Took a break from raiding for school. Unable to provide logs. But expected to be kicked/denied loot if I don't preform at the highest level.

Most guilds that are actually decent at progression are full or nearly full. My gear isn't spectacular but I believe that I can preform at the highest level, and will be expected to do so. You all seem to be a very good guild that expects the most out of their players. If I don't satisfy expectations in my trail raids I won't be expected to be invited to the next raid.

I am currently planning on resetting all DKP values to 0 beginning in 4.3.

In the past, we've done a DKP normalization where we reduce everyone's DKP to an average of roughly 100. However, with the guild transfer, everyone's name changes add a layer of complexity that I'm not really able to dedicate the time to sort out right now. Normalization takes an hour or two just on its own. Working in the name changes would take me half a day.

You will note that I lose out on this proposition more than anyone. So, while I don't feel there's room for anyone to think they have more reason to bitch about it than I do, I'd like to welcome constructive feedback in this thread.

My ele sham is in Another Deception atm. Their raid leaders are 4/7, but the groups themselves can hardly down Rag. they r slowz me down.

Had to reinstall Windows, so the default UI is my set up as of right now. I've got to re do my UI, then I will screenshot, just haven't got around to it because it doesn't affect my performance. I've got Recount, Omen, DBM. Those are the only really necessary ones, but I've got Quartz and OmniCC. Better than the default cast bars, helps me with timing so I can do hawt deepz.

What made you choose us over the other guilds out there? Because you guys are very well progressed, yet there's a casual aura that emanates from the guild, and it seems like an environment I would like to be in, even if I don't quite meet the requirements to be a part of a core group. Although regardless of my experience, I feel as though I would perform a lot better than you would think. and u guyz r qtz, ya know? o.O
