our GM is MIA, and his gf is on her period most of the time, so it's not really a pleasant enviroment. Plus I'd have liked to do h rag progression, which they didn't want to try.
Other than that, a fine group of people that are very good at what they do.

I'm not going to kiss your ass and say it's because you guys seem awesome and I'd like to be a special/coddled/appreciated team member, because I've never seen you in action.
I'm interested because -
A. My nig nog Reprisel sings your praises and won't get off my dick about you guys(lolzjk).
B. You're a 25m guild, which I prefer over 10m. By far.
C. You don't get 5/7 prenerf by jamming your pinky up your rectum and crying about it being too hard.

ADDITIONAL SHIT.

A. Perfect play is often nearly impossible. However, we expect you to be maximizing your performance in every possible way. That means bringing consumables, knowing what's going on and how to avoid it, maximizing your DPS/Healing, and generally bringing your A Game. It's okay to fuck up once or twice, but admit that you fucked up, maybe mention to an officer the reasoning behind it, and don't let it happen again.

I always admit when I fuck up, in vent or in whisper. I make mistakes, I'm human. I also shit, fuck, and cry (sometimes all at once).


B. You need to be able to shrug off being told that you fucking suck. If you can't deal with what is at times [in] a high stress environment, then you may need to consider going elsewhere because you will only find that you are unhappy later.

I've never been told I fucking suck by anyone of any sort of in-game merit(l0lz). Also, I'm a genius/my ego is massive.
I think about what I've been told, see how it can be applied to w/e the fuck it is I'm doing, and do it big. I don't sulk in a corner sucking on my thumb and whining that my guild is full of a bunch of meany-heads. /violin

C.0 It is required you bring full consumables to every raid; that includes food buffs, two elixirs or flasks, and enough pots for the entire night, and of course fully repaired and ready to go when invites are out. As of April 2011 we supply cauldrons, feasts, and repairs for all raiders so being short on the following requirements isn't tolerated.

The last guild i was apart of was called Surgam. I was an officer in the guild and was trying to get heroic raiding started up for a group of players, however, we were having a hard time simply finding people so our runs turned into pugs that i was leading. I left because i would like to do heroic content and progress into 4.3 quickly.

I want to join your guild because i was messagesd the site from myndor in game and i would like to raid some heroic content.

What's the deal? I have no idea what our raiding roster looks like and it seems like nobody else does either. I assume it is just indifference and the result of recently transferring.

Are there people who are definitely not transferring who were actively raiding on Scilla right before we transferred?
Who is still on Scilla that will transfer soon and raid?
Who plans on returning for 4.3 that hasn't raided in months, like me?
Who intends on quitting in the near future?
