If you haven't already, make sure your HDD is still good. (I know others already suggested it, and then more people kept spewing their nonsense) If the HDD is good, then do what that other guy said, take it apart and put it back together again, pay close attention to anything that needs force to be seated (anything that snaps in or gets screwed in).
