Yep. That's exactly what I meant. In my posts to him, I was sure to tell him that experience and lack of gear were two problems that we just couldn't fix. It had nothing to do with his obvious lack of knowledge on a core level. And on top of that, if we brought him in to trial and he sucked, you totally wouldn't be the first one bitching about it.

I'm glad that my posts made sense to you. What with all the irrational "shit talking" I was doing. I was worried the message might get lost.

Well, this is the one point I had to address. Obvious lack of core knowledge is not something you can determine just by looking at my armory gear. I keep up to date on information about my class (even when my account wasn't active) and change my loadout. Like I said, if I'm not actively raiding I'm not going to be worried about reforging the second I get a piece of new gear. I may not be very experienced in Cataclysm raiding, but I did raid all through WotLK after being a BC baby. I may be beyond your HM alt runs, but if there's nothing you're willing to do to trial new potential raiders then there's nothing I can do. Apologies for not being able to raid with a serious guild the moment I hit 85.
