We only need a lock, shadow priest, or shaman currently and we haven't had any of those app since Splerks two months ago. I'll put a demand sticky back up since our wowprogress recruitment demand is accurate and up to date.

That's interesting. So, Sunday when we didn't do progression because we had 23 people in raid, we could only have filled those spots with a Lock, Spriest or Shaman? That's seems a bit off to me.

Anyways, I give up. I'm done trying.

Jack, why exactly should it be one person's job to do fucking everything? Do we not have a raid leader capable of looking at the Trial By Fire Ranks and inviting them when forming a raid? Do we not have DPS capable of looking at Recount and speaking up when someone's getting beat by Tanks?

You're saying that one person has to take up responsibility for A to Z. And if no one wants to do that...? We should, what, just never recruit?

I find it more than a little frustrating that I decided to do something for the benifit of the guild, posted my plan and my reasoning and then get berated for it two months after the fact. Does this seem logical?

We haven't had an app that could potentially raid with us since Splerks apped two months ago though! It should be nobody's job to deal with trials who aren't needed and/or unprepared to raid with us as no officer should be telling them to transfer in the first place. I will gladly deal with trials who could potentially fill a spot, but having every app transfer regardless is giving them more false hope than a Louisianan preacher. :lol:

If I remember correctly we couldn't have any more melee, so yes any of those or even a mage or a survival hunter would've worked. We have plenty of non-raiders who can always fill spots like czd and tdl for example. I honestly don't know why we didn't do progression Sunday, I wouldn't say it is a recruitment issue necessarily as it was the first Sunday we had raided on in several weeks.

It's not that big of a deal to me, Myndor is who is mad about transfers probably because he has to deal with them. I'd rather over-recruit than under-recruit, just no more melee and look for some heroic experience and the classes we really need.

Crucible is right, i replied to your other post. The problem is we just dont have the cycles, its easy to bitch about it, but trying to do something about it takes more time than just talking.
