my Alt is Tachiko, who is prot/arms warrior and has 4p t8.5 in arms, and geared enough to tank all of ulduar.
The reason i am applying as my mage though is that my main was always failtou, however, in my last few guilds, tanks were needed, and i decided to use my warrior to help the guild out. I enjoy playing this game more as a ranged dps then as a tank.

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
i still think Nef is one of the hardest encounters blizzard has made. organizing 40 people and alot of teamwork and good execution is needed to down him.

i can make all raid times.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
i love new content, and i don't mind wiping hours and hours on a boss to get him down, i strive to be on top of dps meters, but i'm willing to nerf myself in order to help the raid out. an example of this would be when i was in RGL i volunteered to be the scorch bitch. this would lower my dps, but overall dps as a raid would go up.

I have always wanted to join a trade chat guild, and your website is just awesome, plus i've heard alot of good things in terms of raid progression on you guys especially your pugs. this and your fun atmosphere is why i want to join WLPH
On one side of spectrum we could clear Ulduar and do a couple of the hard modes in one night with ease or on the other side of the spectrum we could raid five nights a week and eventually complete Heroic: Glory of the Raider and an Algalon kill before 3.2.
Judging from the recent threads and the atmosphere in guild spending time and effort on hard modes may be costing us more than benefiting us at this point.
So I want to know now from you, do you not give a fuck about hard modes? do you need loot off a specific hard mode (if so which hard mode and what loot)? do you think we should set a maximum amount of attempts or time on hard modes? do you want to continue to push hard mode Freya and Mimiron?

Dont want to go on a rant here... but that sentence pretty much sums it up. I'm tired of failing at content we cleared over a month ago. Im tired of the bitching on vent. I'm tired of bitching about the game. I'm tired of listening to the people bitching about the people who bitch about the game. I don't care what time of year it is, I don't care if people think the majority of CL's "aren't pulling their weight". Blaming problems on CLs as far as I'm concerned, is a load of horse shit at this point. This server is inundated with WLPH recruitment, having another 15 CLs join in isn't going to accomplish anything. If you don't agree with me, so be it. (I don't come to the pug so I'm not in a position to pull people from there, Ive made a recruitment post, Ive bumped existing recruitment posts, Ive recruited several druids and I'm probably starting to take this CLs fail shit more personally then perhaps I should be)
I don't want anyone to rub anyone the wrong way here, I like a good number of you. I simply cant enjoy a game that pisses me off. Raiding is the only thing I found any joy in. That joy has been diminished by the atmosphere of the guild (during raids) lately. Things are all sunshine when the guild isnt raiding... but considering I have only really logged on to raid for the last few months I feel like Ive been getting an overdose of aggravation recently. I feel disappointed that the majority of nights I now find myself saying "fuck, I don't even want to raid... its just going to piss me off".
Bottom line is, I'm going to take a week off and reassess my reasons for playing this game.
That being said... I wont be surprised if I cave and log in on Tuesday looking for a raid spot... Just like burlock.
