Furthest progression = Yog phase 3 with Harpell.
Hardest encounter imo = tough to say, was in t2 before AQ came out. really enjoyed 40 man content in it's day... but I think 25 man content gets the nod for difficulty just because it eliminates some of the room for overlapping of players skill. So I would actually say that KT and Vashj were some of my favorite fights to get down. Vashj in particular as a spriest because striders were easy-mode. =P

Possible reasons for unavailability.... death of myself and/or someone i care about, maybe severe illness. Close proximity of a beautiful woman minus clothing. (Just being honest) Though I promise to let you all know ahead of time if possible, the death one might be tough, but I'll try.

Approximately half of my inventory at any given time is usually raiding materials, a large portion of the rest is usually my offspec gear. I come ready. I did more dmg(aka more mana at the time) in 4 pc tier 4 than my competition in full t6 in BT. Topping meters is often reliant on the fight but I've won my share.
I max my cooking/fishing/first aid as par for the course.

Have vague connections from previous server, but mostly the glowing recommendations from Antaries and Lumiya. The server pop is actually a little lower than I was expecting to look for, but the quality of your guild certainly is hard to resist. I missed my plagued proto drake by 10% on sarth because Azshara couldn't field decent players. The prospect of actually getting the hard modes and the achievements is a large part of why I am applying to WLPH.

It is required you bring full consumables to every raid; that includes food buffs, two elixirs or flasks, and enough pots for the entire night, and of course fully repaired and ready to go when invites are out.

It is required you use the best gems and get the best enchants on your gear; endgame raiders should not have any cheap gems, cheap or no enchants, and/or incorrect stats for your class. If you can’t take the time to buy a top quality gem or research what stats you should use, then you don’t belong raiding endgame.

You also must have a decent computer, decent Internet connection, and not have any lag/FPS issues. We also use Ventrilo during raids and speak English, it is necessary that you use Vent and a microphone, and be able to effectively communicate during raids. Omen, DBM/Big Wigs, and Pally Power (for Paladins) are REQUIRED. A unit/raid frame addon (such as Grid or Xperl), a stat tracker (such as Recount), and a decursive are highly recommended.

I don't like having to explain why I can't raid. A lot of stupid shit has been coming up and stopping me from raiding...today it was internet loss...and I don't like the grief I get...it's probably my fault for being such a flakey raider...but I feel that if you don't like me missing raid that much, then I don't have what it takes to be in the guild. I'm going to stop raiding all together just because my schedule is too unpredictable to be raiding at the same time every night. I don't expect much from responses of this post..I'd be mad at me too. I am a fucking saleman and my name is billy mays. I am the top of the top because everyone sees me and shits themselves. "Didn't that guy die or something? wtf is he doing raiding?" I'm not dead, thats pussy shit. I try my best, usually I am near the top of the meters in raids that I go on. My gear isn't spectacular anymore but its decent, its good enough to clear ulduar and some hard modes(maybe not yogg +0, but if ensidia can't do that then, well fuck europe). This is the important part. Right here. Since my gear isn't that amazing, I don't expect to raid all that much. I have decided that instead of raiding, I will fish. I can fish for the entire raid. Everyone gets food while I kick back and maybe do some arena. Don't underestimate how much I can fish.

I use shit like omen and grid and I don't need dbm because I don't fuck up and I look at whats going on. Purple shit under me? I move. Black shit under me? I move. Tank dies? I bubble hearth. Everything I need is keybound. Everything I don't need isn't. And don't be asking me about ui's and shit because I don't save that. I've been gone for months.

So I decided to come back and play some wow or something. I apped to this other guild, told them the same shit. I said I would fish, I don't mind. I'd like to raid but I know I won't always get that chance. Yeah I'd like it, but I can help in other ways. That guild talked and talked and people said that guy is pretty cool. We could use him, and then replies stopped coming. I don't know what happened but if they don't want me that badly then:
